A: Yes, we love to see your dogs. Our park is fully equipped for your tail-wagging friends.
Q: Can I live in my holiday home?
A: No, St Agnes Holiday Park is not a residential park and it cannot be your main residence.
Q: Do I own the land on which my holiday home is sited?
A: No. You simply own the holiday home and pay site fees annually to keep your holiday home at our park and for the maintenance.
Q: Can I sublet my holiday home?
A: No, we do not allow subletting.
Q: Can I upgrade my holiday home in the future?
A: Yes, we regularly have new models of holiday homes available.
Q: How long can I keep my holiday home on the park?
A: Our owners have 15 years from new licence meaning they can enjoy their brand-new holiday home for many years to come. If you decide to purchase one of the amazing pre-owned holiday homes, then the age of the home is simply deducted from the 15 years licence.
Q: What running costs do I need to consider before purchasing my holiday home?
A: Water usage, electricity usage and gas are metred and charged accordingly. Your holiday home will also need to be insured.
Q: How many months can I use my holiday home for?
A: We offer a 11 month season and you can use your holiday home as many times as you wish during this period.
