Yes. We're a dog-friendly park, through and through. We even have special doggy showers and a 
dedicated exercise area for four-legged visitors.

No. St Agnes is not a residential park, so you can't use your holiday home as your main 
residence.

No. You own the home itself but not the land underneath it. That's why you must pay yearly site 
fees – you're paying for the right to use the grounds and for their maintenance.

No. Subletting is not allowed.

Yes. We regularly have new models available.

Brand-new holiday homes come with a 15-year licence, so you can enjoy your slice of paradise 
for many years to come. If you decide to purchase a pre-owned holiday home, the age of the home 
is simply deducted from the 15-year licence.

Water, gas and electricity are metered and charged accordingly. Your holiday home must also be 
insured.

We operate for 11 months of the year. You can use your holiday home as often as you wish 
during this period.
